What is Your Returns Policy?
If something isn’t quite right and you need to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in an unworn and unaltered condition, along with Original tags attached and packaging.

How Do I Return My Item?
You can return your items back to us via your chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a trackable service and retain proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items which are lost in transit.

Kindly note that returns cannot be refunded. This includes Duties and Taxes paid on delivery.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
Refunds will take up to 10 working days and once accepted and processed, will be credited to the account via the original payment method.
Can I Return a Sale Item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
I Have Returned My Items To VERSA, What Happens Now?
-Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email and we will begin to process your refund. To ensure this email doesn’t filter into your Junk/spam, please add email@example.com as a contact. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact our team.
Can I Request An Exchange?
We do not offer exchanges. If you require an alternative size/Style or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and repurchasing.
