1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Once a customer has entered into a contract that stipulates products are to be printed, embroidered or both we refer to the terms and conditions set out below.
1.16 Goods that have been embellished at the request of the customer are exempt from our usual refund procedure.
Goods that are delivered with embellishment that later prove to be faulty will be exchanged for another garment without cost to the customer.
Any garment that has been out-sourced for printing or embroidery is exempt from our estimated delivery times on our website and is subject to a specific estimate available from any member of our sales team at any point during the order.
Once embroidery or printing has been started, e.g. garments opened from packaging and subjected to personalisation orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

REFUND POLICY
1.17 VERSA-UK Limited will refund goods ordered on this website that are returned in acceptable condition. This is to be as received, not worn/used or embellished.
Personalised items or made to order garments are not refundable from date of manufacture unless delivered faulty.
We ask that you package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 14 days.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
We do not refund the cost of shipping the original goods unless the item is found to be faulty. In the case of one out of several items purchased being found to be faulty we will collect the faulty goods and ship a replacement but if a refund is requested for this item the shipping cost will not be refunded.

1.18 – All currencies displayed on this website are to be used by the customer as a guide and any transactions made will be conducted in £GBP by our secure payment providers.
